•  Guest must keep his/her room clean and tidy and vacuum clean as needed.

•  No food is to be taken or eaten in his/her room unless authorized by the host.

•  Guest must respect the privacy of the host at all times.

•  Telephone cards must be used for all long distance and overseas calls. Telephone use as well as use of all appliances (TV, video, kitchen utensils etc.) is a privilege and cannot be used without prior permission every time.

•  Smoking is not permitted on premises unless expressly authorized by the host.

•  Guest is expected to organize his/her own laundry both for personal effects and for linen, towels etc.

•  Light cooking is permitted, but clean-up after meals are expected.

•  Guest will not invite guest(s) unless expressly permitted by the host.

•  In view of security concerns, if the Guest intends to come late (after 10PM) he/she must inform the host accordingly.

•  In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of £ 150 will be deducted from the reservation fee.

•  After arrival, we will allow homestay or share changes at no charge provided a 15 days notice is given.

•  Any extension of stay requires approval of Learn-More English. All financial arrangements for extended stay must exclusively be made be with Learn-More English.
